How do I earn passive income with Binaryx Platform?

On Binaryx Marketplace of real estate, investors buy property fractions in the form of tokens. Anyone who buys a token becomes a co-owner of this property in the real world and starts getting income from rent.

Binaryx finds tenants for each property and enters into long-term contracts with them. From the rent start date, we collect monthly rent and distribute it among investors proportionally to their investments hourly. The income is credited to the investor's account. It can be withdrawn at any time without fees by sending it to an external cryptocurrency wallet.

The rental income is distributed proportionally between token holders. Let’s give an example: for instance, the rental APR is 12%. If you’ve bought 20 fractions (tokens) worth $1000 in total, it will bring you $120 per year.
