Can I sell my real estate fraction?

Yes, you can leave a sell order in your Dashboard. Within 2 days, you will receive an email with instructions about selling your fractions (tokens). We will ask you to send them to a specified address, and you will receive the corresponding amount of USDT minus a 2% fee for secondary market operations.

Right now, we are working on a full-fledged secondary market where you will be able to easily trade real estate tokens with other investors.
