The Binaryx Platform operates in accordance with the SF0038 law, adopted in the state of Wyoming, USA, in 2021. It allows for the creation of companies with multiple co-owners from around the world, with ownership being formalized in a few clicks.

In the documents of each legal entity created for a property on Binaryx, a unique number (blockchain address) is specified. This number is also indicated on the property's page on the Binaryx marketplace. The Binaryx team cannot modify the articles of incorporation of a legal entity or arbitrarily change the list of property co-owners.
