A decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) is a form of organization in which the coordination is carried out without centralized control but using some automated algorithms (such as those implemented in smart contracts).
bAsset token holders of any tokenized real estate together form a Property DAO. Property DAO and effectively controls the property via a voting process.
Two basic actions are available to the members of the Property DAO:
Submit a new property proposal.
Vote for an existing property proposal.
If successful proposals require physical interaction with the property, they are sent to the current , who ensures that these decisions are implemented and uploads a report.
